Kelsey is one of the sweetest brides I’ve had the pleasure of working with, and her kind, warm spirit made every moment of the day even more special. From the moment we arrived, her joy was contagious, and it was clear how excited she was to marry the love of her life.
She and her bridesmaids had such a wonderful time getting ready together, laughing, chatting, and sharing those precious moments of anticipation before the ceremony. The early part of the day was filled with love and laughter, and it was such a pleasure to capture these candid, heartfelt moments.
Kelsey’s positivity and radiant personality made working with her an absolute delight!

Special Moments with Loved Ones
Kelsey’s parents are two of the kindest, most loving people you could ever meet. From the very beginning, it was clear how deeply they wanted her wedding day to be everything she had ever dreamed of, and they truly made sure every detail was perfect.
The love and pride they have for Kelsey shone through in everything they did, especially when it came to the emotional moments of the day. During the father-daughter first look, Kelsey’s dad could hardly hold back tears, and it was impossible not to feel the depth of his love and the special bond they share.
Kelsey’s parents’ care and dedication to making the day unforgettable were so touching, and it was such a privilege to witness and capture these moments.
There could not be a sweeter father-daughter first look!

A Majestic Wedding Venue
Kelsey and Chase’s outdoor wedding ceremony at the Kentucky Castle was a true fairytale, with stunning lush white florals and greenery creating an ethereal atmosphere. Their floral backdrop, rich with soft whites and delicate greenery, framed their vows beautifully, making the moment feel like it was straight out of a dream!
The abundance of blooms paired with the vibrant greenery added an extra touch of elegance to the castle’s picturesque landscape. White garden chairs lined the aisle, offering a fresh, clean contrast that let the flowers truly shine. One of my favorite details was the mirrored plant stands that huge floral arrangements were set on down the aisle.
Every detail was thoughtfully planned to reflect Kelsey and Chase’s sophisticated yet natural style, and the result was nothing short of breathtaking. It was a ceremony set in nature’s sunny embrace, making the day even more enchanting.
The Kentucky Castle looked especially magical for Kelsey and Chase’s wedding!

A Horse and Carriage Arrives
Another very magical moment during Kelsey and Chase’s wedding at the Kentucky Castle was the incredible surprise that Kelsey’s parents had planned- a horse and carriage to whisk the newlyweds away from the ceremony.
As the last notes of their vows echoed through the air, the sound of hooves and the sight of a beautifully adorned carriage appeared, adding an enchanting touch to this picturesque setting. Kelsey and Chase’s eyes lit up with joy as they climbed aboard, greeted by the gentle sway of the carriage and the cheers of their loved ones.
It was a perfect nod to the fairytale atmosphere of their wedding at the Kentucky Castle, and a beautiful gesture that made their first moments as a married couple even more unforgettable.
The wedding reception held under the tent was gorgeous in every way! Love the plum and gold color palette!
The wedding cake adorned with white flowers and surrounded by them looked like a dream!
A Reception fit for Royalty
Kelsey and Chase’s wedding reception at the Kentucky Castle was nothing short of fit for royalty. Their dinner took place under a large white tent that was beautifully decorated. The dances and cake cutting happened inside the ballroom which is simply stunning. Every detail, from the décor to the grandeur of the castle’s interior, exuded elegance and sophistication.
The piece de resistance was their amazing wedding cake, a breathtaking towering masterpiece of flowers that was almost too lovely to cut. As the evening unfolded, the couple’s first dance was elevated to an entirely new level with an incredible display of indoor fireworks and a dreamy “cloud” that enveloped them in a magical mist, making their moment together feel like pure magic.
As a wedding photographer, it’s moments like these that make the job so special- capturing the love, joy and unforgettable details that make each wedding unique.
